Cancelation and Service Redo Policy

I love all of my guests at Majestic Mane Salon, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home in my space. That’s why i’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through my doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $25 fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
